Shadow Warrior 2 Unleashes Soon
Long time readers will know that I very much enjoyed the Shadow Warrior reboot from a few years ago. The over-the-top action and humour struck a chord with me at an almost primal level. It was fast, brutal, unforgiving and funny all at the same time. So it goes without saying that I am super excited for Shadow Warrior 2, which I have been waiting patiently for since its announcement last year.
Well, that wait just got an end date with Devlover Digital and Flying Wild Hog announcing that Shadow Warrior 2 will be released on PC on October 13. So in a little over a month I will once again have my Katana in my hand and be mowing down the demons of the afterlife. This time around I will be able to join my friends on the journey as well with the inclusion of co-op gameplay.
Michal Szustak, Studio Director at Flying Wild Hog had this to say about the announcement “The reception to each new bit of Shadow Warrior 2 that we share has been thrilling and our team is excited – and relieved – to finally share our work with the fans. We think our small studio has accomplished something special with Shadow Warrior 2 and hope that both fans of the classic FPS and those that enjoy more modern shooters will enjoy the game.”
