Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta Announced

Publisher Bandai Namco has announced Australian dates and times for their upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta test which begins next week on both PS4 and Xbox One. Due out on the 26th of January, Dragon Ball FighterZ includes a new feature called ‘Dramatic scenes’, described as “special cutscenes that players can unlock when meeting certain conditions during a fight”. Along with this, the characters Beerus, Hit and Goku Black Super Saiyan Rosé are confirmed to make appearance in the final game.

The Open Beta dates and times are as follows:

  • Early Access: January 13, 7pm AEST Sydney Time
  • Beta Opens: January 14, 7pm AEST Sydney Time
  • Beta Closes: January 16, 7pm AEST Sydney Time

Note that only players who were given a specific code when pre-ordering the game can join the Early Access Beta, while anyone can jump in on the 14th.
